First, GET A NEW LOCK!
Second, confront her. Say "Um, excuse me, but i believe you stole my necklace out of my locker." If she denies it, just accept it until I have a little more proof. Then go to the principal about it ((though when my phone was stolen it didn't work)). Once I've seen her wear it, get a pic then go up to her and say "Look bitch, that's MY necklace, I know you stole it. Give it back or I'll get the school involved with this. It's MINE."
