When I read the description for the Fabulous Casimir, Fee from Orphan Black popped in my head immediately. Not the actor, but that character and all his mannerisms. Will have to think about the others!

I keep seeing a flash between (long haired) Trent Reznor or maybe Niall Matter as Stefan.

Maybe a slightly rugged version of Christopher Pine as Cody.

Casting looks like this in my head:

Daisy- Kristen bell with dark eyes (yes I've always imagined her with a tail)

Cody- Young Joshua Jackson

Lurine- Ashely Judd (I just love her and she's always sexy and strong)

Stephan- Tom Hiddleston (dark hair like loki in Thor)

Mr. Leary- Anthony Stewart Head (Giles from Buffy)

Now I can't not see him as Tom Hiddleston. Right now I'm reading the scene where she goes to thank him for helping at Rainbow's End and it's so perfect. I hit imdb to see if he has dimples and he does. Now I have a new actor crush that I had somehow avoided till now. :p

I see Daisy as someone like Dianna Agron (with dark contacts)


or Katherine Heigl (with less smiling, lol)

I know she's known more for darker hair but I'm picturing Emma Stone as Daisy. Or maybe Samaire Armstrong because she has nice dark eyes. :)

Stefan - Ian Somerhalder

Cody - The guy who stars in Teen Wolf, Scott McCall. Because I can't ever think of anyone to play werewolves other than those that already have! x:P

When Jen's character was described, I immediately saw Veronica.

I see Hannah Simone as Jen maybe cause I've already seen her in the best friend role.

Also have to add Joel David Moore as Lee cause he's perfect for it.

I know he's a bit older now but I kept picturing a young Goran Visnjic as Stefan (like in the film Practical Magic). And Chris Pine as Cody would be perfect!

I think Brie Larson would be PERFECT casting for Daisy.

For some reason, I picture Stefan as Benedict Cumberbatch (pretty much want to cast him for everything).

Maybe, Sarah Hyland for Jen.

I pictured Casimir as Lord Varys/Conleth Hill.

Christina Hendricks and Tom Hiddleston seconded here. Though it does give Stefan an unfair advantage in my heart. :)

I'm feeling Jennifer Lawrence for Daisy.

I saw your Stefan sugesstion and pictured him that way throughout the second book - good job!!!! I think Hiddleston is too skinny; no way a warrior and knight wouldn't have more muscle on him.

For most of the other characters I had pictures in my head that weren't specific actors. Though if I had to pick, I nominate Emily Kinney (Beth on The Walking Dead) for Daisy. She seems like the right balance of cute blonde who could get butt-kickier if need be.

Yes! For some reason, I couldn't picture anyone but a younger Goran Visnjic as Stefan. :)

Also, I just discovered William Levy and OMG! He can be every love interest for every book for me from now on ;) But seriously, he could be a good Cody I think.

Daisy - Elizabeth Olsen or Diana Agron (with dark contacts, of course)
Cody - Richard Madden
Stefan - Tom Hiddleston
Lurine - Christina Hendricks
Sinclair - Donald Glover
Mr. Leary - Peter Capaldi

This is what I came up with, granted you can tell what shows I was watching when I was reading the books.

Daisy - Emily Bett Rickards (Felcity Smoak from Arrow) She can play funny/awkward/tough.

Cody - Stephen Amell- (Oliver from Arrow) I can see him as a werewolf cop, scruffy but on the side of justice.

Stefan - Tahmoh Penikett (BSG, Dollhouse) Biker Helo.

Lurine - Christina Hendricks, hands down, no question. she is the definition of Va Va Va Voom.

Sinclair - I too thought Donald Glover, he has the Sinclair grin.

My choice for casting :)
