Flash-Stepping: Similar in appearance to teleportation, but should not be mistaken as such. It is really just a quick flash of movement quicker then most eyes can follow, practically instantaneous.

Intangibility: Being able to walk through solid objects, as well as being able to walk on either water or air. It's almost as if the user is able to defy gravity when they walk. They are intangible.

Dream Walking: Entering into the realms of others dreams, as well as being able to subtly manipulate the dream they are in, but have absolute power over it.
