I didn't get very far. My family had Thanksgiving this weekend because my mom has to work on the actual day, so I just got home. I'm on Chapter 3 now.

And then she made that comment about him being able to make people do what he wants and she bought him a car because he guilted her into it... yeah, I don't think so!!! (hide spoiler)]

I still haven't started the books next to me but I just keep looking at it thinking this is big.

Really? I have it on my Nook and it's 304 pages. That's pretty normal for me.

Oh is it that's normal for me as well. I've got the hardback I usually read pb so maybe that's why it seems big to me its so awkward to hold.

Yeah maybe that's why. Now that I read on my nook all the time I feel like all books are awkward to hold.

I just finished Chapter 11. (view spoiler)[First of all Marcie is a skank muffin. I hate her so freaking much. Could she be any more desperate or manipulative? Ugh. And Patch isn't helping things. It's almost like he enjoys watching Nora be an upset jealous mess.

And this guy who keeps following her around and making her think that her dad is alive is super creepy. Now she thinks that her dad is alive, but there is also this other creepy guy. I don't know.

That cop gives me the creeps too. He just seems to be lurking around wherever she is. It's so weird that he sent someone to check out the media room in the library and everything was normal. (hide spoiler)]

So far I don't remember a lot of stuff especially about her dad and that's after reading the wiki page. I didn't even remember that patch became her guardian angel.

I know i'm so confused trying to work out whats going on is everyone Angels or what? ( I don't really want you to tell me) Scott is an Idiot I don't trust him at all, I want to know what he did i'm assuming he was in some gang/cult judging by his mums reaction.

I'm just starting chapter 22 now. (view spoiler)[Where in the hell is Patch??? He and Marcie were everywhere the whole way through the book, and he's been MIA ever since Nora forced herself to wake up from the dream. Rixon doesn't seem very concerned though, so maybe he is just staying away from Nora.

I really hope that Patch isn't the Black Hand and that he didn't kill her father. He's been a complete ass this whole book, but I'm really hoping for a whole bunch of misunderstandings.

The apartment that she went to was strange too. It's almost like someone knew that she was going there and I really don't think that is really where Patch lives.

Oh no... I just had a thought. What if Rixon is a bad guy. He's the one who told her that was where Patch lives and he wouldn't be concerned that Patch was missing if he had something to do with it. He was the one who told Nora that Patch is the Black Hand too.

Oh, and do you really think that Marcie is Nora's half sister??? That's so crazy. Her mom has been sleeping with Marcie's dad and saying that she's out of town? So weird. (hide spoiler)]

I'm so confused. Does Hank not know that he is Nora's dad? They made it sound like he was friends with Harrison and asked him to take care of Nora and her mom because being with him would put them in danger. But when he took Patch at the end, he said that Harrison would be disappointed in her and didn't seem to have a clue that he was her biological father. So weird. (hide spoiler)]

Why do these girls never listen when people warn them not to do things. The amount of people that have told Nora to leave and she's just ignored them then nearly died or something.

Have you noticed Vee's surname? I bet we find out she's involved with this world.

I don't know whats going on i'm sooooo confused, guess I won't be sleeping tonight I need to find out whats going on. Not sure what chapter i'm on but its a bit after the library scene.

I think her "dad" is the guy at the beginning that killed him.

He's a strange guy most of the way through the book. I really thought he was going to turn out to be one of the bad guys, but he doesn't. I guess he just really doesn't like Nora and is always trying to catch her doing something wrong.

Vee annoys me a little bit with all the Patch stuff its like she doesn't know how to shut up.

I haven't got to much left but at this point i'm suspicious of EVERYONE. I'm being thinking for a while Rixons involved.

That whole bit has me confused as well. And is Marcia not really his daughter then? Because she doesn't have the mark, also is Noras mum a fallen angel then? I didn't understand Rixons story about that bit.

I totally know what you mean. I was so confused at the end. There are only 4 books in this series total, right??? It's not an ongoing series, is it? Cause I figured, we have to get some answers in the next book if there are only two left.

Rixon just totally hit me right before they got to the amusement park. I just started thinking about it and why Patch wasn't around and everything that had happened and everything started pointing to Rixon.

I kinda like Vee. Sure, she is kinda annoying when she keeps badmouthing Patch, but most of the time she's right. Sometimes you just need a voice of reason. Patch was kind of an ass hat most of this book. He made me soooo mad!

And the ending was a non-ending. It wasn't even a cliff hanger. I feel like it may as well have cut off in the middle of a sentence. It just kinda stopped, which makes me angry, but also makes me want to rush into the next book. Grrrrr!!!!

Hahaha that ending was a joke it was like it stopped in the middle of a conversation, I would have been mad if I had to wait a year for the next book.

There def is only 4.
