OMG, he wrote the most terrifying book that I ever read in my life, and it's nonfiction[medical thriller]!
The Hot Zone The Terrifying True Story of the Origins of the Ebola Virus by Richard Preston It was the first white-knuckle-heart-racing book that I ever experienced, and though read decades ago, I have never forgotten that thrill! I also loved his ~ The Demon in the Freezer by Richard Preston

Time for me to read some of his others.
