Okay, when their brain shuts down, they lose consciousness (doesn't your computer have spellcheck?), and their entire body stops doing their jobs.
MY COMPUTER IS SPELL-CHECKED CHALLENGED... HEM HEM, THAT MEANS THAT IT NEVER HAS, NEVER WILL. SAD, RIGHT?
=( I feel your pain. I have spellcheck on this computer, but I think it broke. But the laptops have it. =)
Okay - Freaky death moment... I was drinking Coke and my mom said something really funny (or at least to me. Camila couldn't find the humor in it)... Something like his name was Larry or Barry, and I cracked up really hard. You guys are probably thinking it's lame and not funny, but for some reason, I started laughing. Anyway, you guys get the point that I was laughing. So I choked on Coke, like seriously choked. 'Didn't really think about dying, but I did afterward... It was a very bizarre moment. Kinda hard to explain... That was pretty much it. Drink. Laugh. Choke. Epiphany like thing.
Yeah I have... I've also tried not to think. It's like really hard.
And I don't really mind dying either. I'm not scared of it or anything, but I think I'd prefer to be alive if the world continues being okay like it is now. I just get epiphanies whenever I'm close to something death-like or close to lots of pain sort of stuff. I had one in the car the other day. Not cause of dying things, just about global warming. That's why I made at topic about it.

Kidding and please don't start arguing back. I'm trying to avoid them now. =D I'm getting better!!!
Yeah... (i finally joined!!!!) I sort of believe that the afterlife or lack of it depends on your religion- Christians go to Heaven or 1134 (turn it upside down and it spells the other place...), Bhuddists and Hindus are Reincarnated or achieve Nirvana, etc, because if there's only one afterlife, what happens if you don't believe in it?
Hopefully, for me, a sort of sleep thing. Like permanent unawareness of anything going on around you. Sleeps relaxing, and sleeping's kind of like a coma, so a coma must be relaxing, and a coma's kinda close to death, so death must be like sleeping! =) In a way...
Yeah, but i'd like to do something different with my death (ha! Like do something different with my life, only it's death.... Nevermind.)
hi everyone..im new here...well, death for me, is when you stop living your life...
its when you wake up in the morning and not be grateful at all...
hello sophie and sofia..gud morning! its morning here in the phils.. @sophie- well,if your dead (in relation to my definition of death), you get to wake up or be alive again when you find a reason to live life. and there are lots and lots of reasons..
Oh, we're in TX, so it's night =D And a school night =P So like if you wake up w/o anything to do in life - like your an empty shell - you can't connect to people or things around you, there's no meaning in life in your opinion, your dead? Is that kind of what you mean?

I guess you could wake up in the afterlife (if you believe in that sort of thing), or what you're saying, or Sofia's empty shell idea... I wish I could talk to the dead- THAT would sum up my problems!
I'm sick (All but ONE of the swine flu symptoms!!!!! =()So I'm gonna be on pretty frequently...
=( Sorry Sophie!!! I hope you get better and not swine flu-y!! What's the ONE swine flu symptom missing?
