How about... Okay. I really don't know.
How about we play it as the year 2030, and there is a population law in the US. A family can only have 2children.

Here it is: The USA, 2030: There is a population law. One family cannot have more than two children. If a family is found with a third child, the consequence is death by electrocution. A third child is known as a shadow child or hidden child. The population police will raid neighbor hoods twice a month to make sure that there are no shadow children.
The story: ________is a third child. He has a mother, father, and two older brothers. They live on a farm in Wisconsin. _______used to be able to play outside in the backyard when there was woods and trees to block anyone's view of seeing him. But then the Government ordered the woods to be cut down to make houses for the rich families. So now _________can never go outside and play. He must stay in the bedroom in the attic or in the basement or reading books all day in fear of being seen. But, one day, when ________'s family is at school or at work, ________ sees a face in the window coming from the house across the street where the woods used to be. _________ risks his life and sees who it is. There, he meets another shadow child, ________. They become good friends, but his new friend, __________knows some other shadow children from an online chat room the Government cannot access. His friend has already organized a protest for the next day for the freedom of all shadow children across the USA. But he doesn't want to go. He doesn't go, and after not hearing from his friend, _________ for a month, he breaks into her house. This time, he meets her father. Who works for the Population Police, but doesn't believe what they are doing is right, so he really works against them. The dad tells ________ that ________has died in the rally, along with all of the other shadow children. But the dad can get __________ a fake ID. __________accepts the fake ID offer, and tells his family the whole story the next day over dinner. His family is very upset, but allows __________ to attend the Hendricks School for Boys where he can live a normal life. The family will still be allowed to visit.
And we can finish the RP there when _________gets into the cab to leave for the Hendricks School for Boys.
