Mount TBR 2014 Challenge discussion

I have approaching 100 books on my TBR shelf (including maybe a dozen or so Kobo and Kindle App reads), my most ever. I wasn't planning on doing a challenge this year as I find it stressful but this will hopefully encourage me to read some of the wonderful books I already have. :)

So far I've read 4 books this year and all four were bought/gifted before Christmas so that's 4/36 so far... 11%! Another one on the go at the mo.
