Initially the City of Bones sequel was put on indefinite hold but not anymore after Constantin Film announced that the second installment will start production in 2014. The postponement of the sequel was due to the City of Bones poor performance at the box office after landing a number lower than the $60 million movie budget. Click here to read more.
