Tatia made her way thru the brush and tried to be as quiet as possible, barely breathing out of her mouth at all. She knew the slightest sound could attract attention out here, and attention was the last thing she wanted for once. She ripped off her dressing gowns, and smiled at her huntress outfit underneath. It was made completely of leather, and hugged every part of her body. She began to run, and then a blink of an eye, no one could stop her. Twenty minutes later she stopped as she heard a noise. She smiled, crouching down behind a bush. Dinner is served.
Vesta stumbled into the woods, sobbing. She finally regained her senses. She let out her anger by releasing her fangs and mauling a tree with her vampire strength. Stupid. Me. Why. Did. I. Have. To. Do. That?! and accented every word with a punch.
Alek and Dominik couldn't find Vesta in her dorm so they decided to check the woods. They stopped running when they started hearing loud thumping noises. They spotted Vesta. "So it was true..." Dominik whispered.
She heard their approach and whirled around, fangs bared, eyes glowing. "What do you want?" Vesta couldn't help but be a little snarky, her heart got broken twice that night. Her fists were clenched, an insatiable negative aura surrounded her and emanated off of her.
"We wanted to talk to you." Dominik said. "What happened tonight was really sudden and everything got out of hand. Alek and I really don't want to lose you."
She laughed,"Out of hand? Why put it so calm and understated? And lose me? I'm afraid I've always been lost. To everyone...," she said and sighed. She recollected how distant she felt from everyone, being a whole other species.
"Don't you see what I am? I've been lost to humanity for quite some time, most of my life really...you lost me the moment you thought you had me. I never wanted to show you my true form, but I guess it was inevitable. That was why I was nervous that one day Dom. Not because I don't like snakes, which I do, it's because I was mortally terrified of the venom. I don't want to die. Not while I still have a promise to keep...," she said. She was on the verge of tears. She sat down and hugged her knees, much the image of a scared little girl.
"Vesta, it's okay!" Alek said. He looked at Dominik and nodded his head. Dominik started to transform. He hates transforming it always hurt. He let out a cry of pain before he landed in front of Vesta, as a wolf.
"Oh Dom!" She threw her arms around him, utterly concerned. "Tell me! When did this happen?! Even though I don't hunt werewolves myself, I will find the one responsible and slit their throat! I will make whoever did this to you pay for what they made you go through, I promise!" Vesta was very worried for her friend, clutching his fur and holding him to her, in a very awkward hug.
Dominik let out a whimper. "Dominik is the reason we came to Cantanova. We came to hunt down whoever did this to him." Alek explained.
She buried her face in Dominik's fur, sort of crying. "I swear on whatever life I have left to help you. They will pay a horrible price for what they've done to you." She wasn't exactly sure what to do, so she started to stroke his pelt. ((Awkward Vampire/Werewolf moment :p ))
"And I swear I will kill that filthy betrayer when I find him. You see, he was the one who killed my parents. My parents were architects at the time, as well as most of their friends. The fateful night was one that a dinner was held, in which the friend said he wanted to them some plans and took them to the drawing room. Now being an architect's daughter, I was curious too. I waited a bit to follow. I opened the door, only to find to my horror, my mother already drained and dead and my father's throat to his fangs. I started to curse him in ways only my little child mind could figure and as loud as my little voice could yell. The fiend turned on my and snatched me up. The last thing I remember with my human eyes was the look on my dead parents' faces. After he turned me, he raised me as if I were his own, and I rebelled for a while. But then I saw it was no use and stopped. After my body had matured after a spell he had used, he vanished. I never saw him again...I found ties to this academy in my parents files. I came here, in search of him, and here I am, broken and before you like lame prey to a lion. I'm surprised you haven't killed me yet, but I'm not exactly suggesting you should," she said, tears running down her face and petting the wolf-Dom in front of her.
((Yeah!!! I'm SOOOOOORRRRYYY!!! My mom and Tia kicked me out of the living room. Then I went to my room and decided to just lay on the bed...))
"We wouldn't kill you, Vesta. You became our friend." Alek said to her. "There is no reason to kill you!" He felt like crying.
"Really? You wouldn't? Even after finding out I was a vampire?" She was confused, most people would want to kill her anyways. She sat there and wiped away her tears.
"Dominik's a werewolf. It doesn't matter to us if you're part of the supernatural." Alek said. "You'll still be our friend, right?"
She rushed at them, snatching up Dom and pouncing on Alek. They all landed on the ground as she giggled and said,"Of course! As long as you promise not to kill me! And teach me alchemy too of course!" Her fangs retracted and her eyes became their normal sparkling green again.
They were glad. "Of course we'll teach you Alchemy! And...Vesta, we'd never want to kill you." Alek smiled and Dominik let out howl.
She held their faces close to hers, grinning. "You're damn right you'll teach me! It be hard not to! But...like we said, let's go hunting. Or are you two tired? I can always reschedule...," she said she loved having people that were close to her. It made her feel more human.
"We're not tired. Right, Dom?"
Dominik let out a bark. There's no way a werewolf like me is tired!

She nuzzled both of their faces. "That's more like it! Let's go see if we can find anything." She got up, still holding Dom. "You know you remind me of my father's hunting dog, Maestro della Caccia, which means Master of the Hunt in Italian. He was half-wolf, half-husky. You look just like him," she said, setting him down on his paws and petted him.
Dominik barked again, ready for the hunt. "So, what'll we be hunting? Just anything?" Alek asked.
"Yeah, that seems like the best bet. Anything really. Let's be off!" She pounced on Alek's back, and put her cheek to his, trying to be a bit playful. "You should carry me too, I still feel a little drunk," she said and smirked. She clasped his shoulders tightly, not knowing what he might do.
"Alright. I'm strong enough to carry even you. Come on, Dom!" Alek set off at a run. Dominik followed and took the lead.
She smiled at the pure bliss of running. She was tired from her rant and from being drunk, the lull of the rhythmic pounding put her in a trance, and the smell of Alek's blood and sweat made her even more so. She finally nuzzled the nape of Aleck's neck and fell asleep. ((Cutest moment ever! I'm still torturing her... :3 ))
((No!!!!))
Did she fall asleep? Alek would wake her when they found something. Dominik was sniffing the ground as he ran. He suddenly stopped running. So did Alek. Dominik howled and ran in a different direction. He found something. Alek followed Dom.

((Yeeeeeessssssshhhhhh!!!! }:3 )) In her dreams: Vesta arrived at one of her favorite cafés, it was empty, all except for Nick, Dom, and Alek all sitting at a table together. She skipped over to them, only to find by further observation that the had been drained and were long dead. She turned around to find her creator, with her dead parents on nooses on a tree nearby. She let out a scream of pure terror and started to run, only to find she was paralyzed. He approached her and whispered softly in her ear,"You will never be human, ever. Stop trying to make these pettymale humans like you, it will never work." He whispered his final words,"Sweet dreams my dear 'creazione vampirica'." He laughed manically and stabbed her in the heart with a stake, an indigo fluid covering it, which was were lords blood.
((NO! How dare you harm Vesta!!!! By the way, I'm going to be at my cousin's party. He has wifi so I'll comment when I can))
((VERY EVIL!!!!))
Dominik lead them to a male vampire. He stopped them at a safe distance to work out a plan. "Wake up, Vesta." Alek whispered. "We found something."

She woke with a start, so suddenly that she fell. "Ouch..." It took her a few seconds to recoup, but finally she said,"Wha-what? What did you find?"
"Are you alright!?" Alek said. "Dom found a vampire. He's over there."
He pointed to vampire, who seemed to be feeding.
