Harsha V | 12 comments See what I see is a book about art and daughter love. This book tell us the story of a girl seeing her life in painting. Gloria Whelan author of the book tells the story of a high school graduated girl ready for going to art college and her name is Kate Tapert. Also showing a caring mind to her father even though he never did anything for her or her mom.The genre of this book is contemporary. The writer starts the story saying that "I see my life in painting"(page no.1).This is the very first sentence of this book. From this sentence you can understand that this book is all about art. Gloria Whelan is easy to understand and its interesting too. She tell us about the beauty of nature and all the beautiful colors we have in this world. When you read this book you feel like you are in a different world. Through the character Kate Tapert the author tell us that how childrens have to deal with divorce of their parents. This book is good example of how to face problems when deciding what to do after high school.
