Hello. Down below is a book review criteria and that means most likely we will judge your book review base on if you have the following:

INTRODUCTION

Include:
Title of book and author
Catch the reader's interest


BODY

Include the following:

Setting:
Where the story takes place?
Is the setting real or imaginary?
When the story takes place - present day, earlier time period, or future.

Main Characters:
Brief description of who the story is about.
How does the character(s) influence the story: setting, point of view, and plot?
Does the character(s) represent a symbol? If so, explain.

Theme:
What is the theme of the story?
How does the theme relate to the setting and/or characters?

Plot:
What is the situation of the main character(s) as the story begins?
Is the main character trying to achieve something or overcome a problem?
Describe a few important things that happen to the main character(s) as the story progresses. (DO NOT give away the ending of the story.)

CONCLUSION

Include the following:

Your opinion of the book
Strengths and weaknesses of the book
Why you would suggest others read the book

LANGUAGE

Uses words correctly
Uses active verbs and specific nouns
SENTENCES
Uses complete sentences
Varies sentence structure

CORRECTNESS

Uses correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar
