Yeah I'm not too fond of Alther either. It's so hard to figure what parts of what he says is important and what is total rubbish. Kind of like Stanley. I guess he talks a lot.

I now know where Marcia got her bossy side.

Ha ha no python shoes...but my new running shoes have purple on them. :) It's not Marcia's fault that she wears purple robes, though; all the ExtraOrdinaries wear them. Soooo I need to become the ExtraOrdinary Wizard so I get a purple robe! (Actually my bathrobe is purple, does that count?)

yeah, something that I dont like about him is that when Marcia and Silas are figting he´s like: "Now, now my children, there´s enough alther for everybody", as if they were fighting for his approval or something...
