Harry Potter RP discussion

Anastasia climbed the steps up to the Owlery. She didn't have any letters to send, but she liked to feed the owls sometimes. Go figure. She opened the door, then blinked when she saw a huge shadow fly over, way out in the distance. Hogsmeade? She shrugged nonchalantly, but inside she was hoping it wasn't what she thought it was. She strode up to one of the owl cages, and smiled to herself.

Anastasia heard a noise behind her, and turned around. Someone seemed to be coming up the stairs. She smiled and turned back around, petting the owl gently.

Anastasia glanced around, and noticed the Ravenclaw Head Girl walking in. She didn't know her name, just her rank. "Hello," she said brightly. "What did you come here for?"

Anastasia smiled. "Me too," she admitted. "I guess I like owls?" She glanced out the window one last time, squinting for a sign of the shadow, but she saw nothing.

Anastasia whipped her head back around, a hint nervousness in her eyes. If I tell her, what if she tells the headmaster? They'll die for sure...

"Yeah," she admitted. "I thought I saw... something. Flying over Hogsmeade." She didn't have to tell her what she thought it was... right?

Anastasia breathed a sigh of relief. "No, I don't," she admitted, grinning a little. "I wish I did, though. They can be very useful!" She paused for a second. "Do you?"

Anastasia smiled. "I don't even have that," she admitted. "Although I might get one when I graduate. I hear cats are useful, as well! They keep out all kinds of household pets." She glanced out the window as well, but the shadow seemed to be gone for the time being.

Anastasia laughed. "True!" she said. "I'm not really that good with animals, though. Well, some..." she paused, shaking her head. "...certain species. But otherwise, animals think me to be the bane of nature." She yelped a little as the owl she was petting turned around and bit her fingers. Then she cracked up, quickly withdrawing her hand. "See what I mean?" she joked.

Anastasia smiled. "Sorry!" she said in an apologetic tone. "And yeah... cats. Cats are amazing!" she said. "Hey, what's name?" she asked, curious.

Anastasia smiled right back. "No kidding!" she took her hand and firmly shook it. "Anastasia. Gryffindor head girl!" She grinned at the coincidence.

Anastasia thought for a minute. "Um... hectic," she said truthfully. "Us Gryffindors think we can get away with anything..." she sighed. "How about you?" she asked. "I bet it's also tough. Gryffindors might be more rowdy, but... I bet Ravenclaws pull more though-out pranks!"

Anastasia laughed. "Well, don't worry! I love a good prank. I won't be the one to tell." She paused for a second... then her eyes lit up. "Hey..." A plan was slowly forming in her mind. "What if... at the end of the year... maybe the two of us organized a year-wide prank? Just for the seventh-years. Even if we were found out, we'd be long gone!" She smiled at the thought.

Anastasia thought for a second. "No idea," she admitted. "But it has to be BIG!" She paused. "It would depend on what kind of prank we want it to be. Disgusting? We could have all of these owls poop on the teachers. Scary? We could fake a dragon attack. Or we could just do something ridiculous. Like all the seventh years freeze in the hallways at exactly the same time."

Anastasia grinned. "Me too. Do you have any ideas for right now?" she asked.

((Ahhh, yes! :D))

Anastasia smiled. "Sounds great!" she crowed. "But... we can't get caught, of course. So how about we hex a cloak to make it and Invisibility Cloak?"

Anastasia thought for a moment. "We might, actually!" she said, smiling. "What do you suggest?"

((Don't mention those names to me! *cries into a pillow* But... yus. Yusss, we have! :D))

Anastasia's eyes lit up. "I'm loving the idea already!" she crowed. "What if we kept our identities secret... and then at the end of the year, we pull another big prank, revealing identities as the Great Pie Prankers?" Then she had an idea. "What if... our end of the year prank is done in the name of the Weasley Twins?" she asked in a hushed voice.

"This is going to be amazing!" Anastasia exclaimed, grinning. "So... let's get planning for the Great Pie Caper, shall we?"

Anastasia grinned. "Of course. Now... we have to do this carefully. Do you know any house-elves who promote this kind of thing?" she asked.

((Ooo... d'you think someone could make Peeves? And he could help out! He'd love to do something in the name of the Weasley twins! :O))

Anastasia grinned. "Yes!" she exclaimed. "Pyper is perfect!))

((Is Pyper a girl or boy?))

Anastasia frowned. "Well, yeah," she admitted. "But... as long as we don't get caught, right?"
