Pike's Peak conquered! On to Mount Blanc.
I got to a couple that have been on my list since 2010 and 2011... feels good.
I should also mention that I purchased 11 new books in the same period of time so I'm on track to do this challenge next year as well!
Good luck with your challenge! My 'official' goal is Mount Blanc, but I've already read 14 books towards that goal, so I'm hoping to surpass that. I am with you on the Kindle books. I am in love with my Kindle, but man has it been a double edged sword for me. My e-book buying is out of control! I have over 500 unread books on my Kindle, so I definitely need this challenge. Lol!

Oh well, at least here we can make progress on reading what we've bought. Good luck to you, too!

Personally, I need a Kindle book buyers support group. Lol! At least I'm more conscious of what Kindle books I do buy. Plus, even though I still buy e-books, I have reduced my numbers significantly this year compared to last year. Like the title of my post, small steps. Haha.

I'm doing better this year with buying ebooks as well - I refuse to go look at the Kindle deals page anymore. I'm using ereaderiq.com instead to keep track of prices on books I already know I want to read. The books I've bought so far this year have been from price drop notifications from there. It's helping - small steps!

I just started using ereaderiq.com as well. I love it.
16. With His Lady's Assistance (4/13/2013) Another Amazon-recommended impulse purchase done! I'm going to be so much more picky from now on.
18. His Majesty's Dragon (5/15/2009). This is one of the first ebooks I ever bought. It's definitely one of the oldest on my TBR list.

I'm ready to read 48 or more in 2014. I already had a decent start before finding this challenge. Mount Ararat here I come!
My challenge shelf is here (only shelved once the books are read): 2014 Mount TBR Challenge
