Danielle sped into the house and jumped on the couch. Why did everyone have to be so paranoid?, she thought to herself. She got up, opened her curtains, and took out a bottle of soda in the kitchen. She poured herself a light glass. She was so glad she had applied for independent living a couple years ago. No adult supervision made for the best life, even though most of them had left already anyways. She relaxed on the couch, sipping soda and doodling on a notepad.
