Read the handbook below. Sign your name on the bottom, saying that you have read it. None of your characters will be approved until your name is on the bottom of the handbook.

1. You must create an initiate before you can create a trainer. The initiate must be 100% complete. No WIP's.
2. Request a faction to be a trainer in before you create the trainer.
3. The faction you train must be different than your initiate(s).
4. Attend as many of the training sessions as you can.
5. Attendance of initiates must be reported to me. It saves me a great deal of time when coming up with certain lists.
