Hi Everyone, I'm stopping by to introduce my debut novel, The Circumstance of Marriage, which comes out on 22 April 2014. The story follows three generations of women from 1950s Chennai to present-day New York City, as they fight battles of discrimination from the outside world and from each other. Ultimately, they must learn to support each other to move forward.

The book addresses many hot-topic issues of today, with strong takeaways having to do with gender rights, poverty, immigration, LGBTQ rights, and more. I do hope you'll add it to your "Want to Read" list!
