"Destiny!" Queen Amber demanded. The small black dragonet appeared in front of her

"Yes Queen Amber?" Destiny replied, her eyes narrowing around the palace.

"Her father wants to send you to Jade Mountain" Queen Amber's forked tongue flicked in and out

Destiny's face fell and she frowned, " how will we discuss our plans?" she asked tilting her head. "I'll send you scrolls" Queen Amber replied and handed Destiny 6 scrolls. "Try to remember them" Queen Amber smiled.

"I'll try" Destiny promised and added, "when do I go?". There was a large pause of silence before Queen Amber answered her, "Now" Deatiny thought she could see eagerness in the queens eyes but Queen Amber added, "I'll miss you, if you ever want to come back do it right away ,

good to have her out of my scales! soon she'll challenge me as my niece and slaughter me Queen Amber thought as Destiny flew away

Hermit was pushed forward by the two guards at his flank as he entered. Half his right wing fell were a chunk was missing as he lifted it back to place regaining his composure.
Turning to the Queen, "for what honer do I have being summoned by one so beautiful." He stated boldly with a bow.

Queen Amber smiled warmly at the Seawing, "Hermit... I've heard about you I don't think we've met in person(dragon?)"

Queen Amber nodded at the two guards, making them stand by the golden doors

"I'm sorry but I don't seem to recall if we have, I'm sure I'd remember such beauty, but I'm afraid I don't know what you are talking about I'm just your average warrior Seawing." He said smoothly.

Queen Amber looked down at Hermit her Amber eyes glistening in the sunlight, "Average!" Queen Amber laughed softly to herself, "The best Seawing in my kingdom"

Hermit smiled. "Your highness you flatter me, but I'm a mer injured Seawing from the war, so if I may ask as to why I've been summoned here?" He asked diplomatically.

"Ah yes. My rescuers." Hermit said with respect as his injured wing fell again as he hoisted it back up. "But what does that do with me being here?" Hermit asked with curiosity.

"You were a spy with my mother on the Sandwing succession. Am I correct?"

Hermit thought for a second. "You must forgive me but are you saying you're one of the late departed Queen Scarlets daughters?" Hermit asked a little of gaurd only a hand full of dragons knew or now who I am. he thought.

"Yes" Queen Amber flicked her tail at her mother's name. "Mother always liked to brag about her new toys to her daughters and sons."

Hermit smiled, "So then you know my true talents..." Hermit paused to look Queen Amber over from were he stood. Then bowed. "I am Hermit master of water combat and spymaster, as I've pledged myself to Queen Scarlet, I'll shall pledge myself to you on my only condition." He said with an eary air about his words.

"Don't bow" Queen Amber demanded gently, "I want people to treat me like a regular dragon not royalty" Queen Amber added

"Condition?" Queen Amber asked and nodded, allowing him to continue

"As stated and agreed my tasks I take are not to be recorded anything linking me to who I truly am jeopardizes everything I do that is my only condition." Hermit stated.

"Fine" Queen Amber nodded glancing at the two Skywing guards standing by the closed doors. "Flame and Swirl will take you to your room, unless you are to go back to your Talons of Peace?"

"It would be best, so that I don't raise suspension, but if I may ask another, why are you asking for the help of a spy is the war not over?" Hermit asked with false fear in his eyes.

"Plans will be made soon Hermit" Queen Amber nodded

"I understand your highness, I shall await my first job near jade mountain send for me there, my phrase so I know they can be trusted, I'll ask are the sands red? The answer is No they swim deep to be crimson." Hermit said with another bow.

"Ok" Queen Amber agreed, slightly angry that Destiny hadn't come back or written her a note

With that Hermit took his leave and made his way to jade mountain. His wings spread showing his hidden scare under his left wing were it was almost cut clean off as he left.

What a kind Seawing, now I really have to know if he's truly on my side...... Queen Amber thought, surprised that she had grown suspicious of Hermit

Queen Amber landed gracefully, Skywings were already putting up decorations. "This party is going to be marvelous!" she whispered a couple things in a Skywings ear, softly telling him that Moon could read minds. Amber shrugged, "so, we will have many activities" Maybe even an arena was the first idea that came into her mind

Queen Amber showed no emotion to the name Darkstalker, she personally would've loved to meet him. "I see, but do you like to watch dragons fight?" Amber did have some prisoners that had tried to kill her, a fight would be nice

Queen Amber nodded, "Of course! Whatever you'd like" her tail swayed. "Personally, I always hated Queen Scarlet, though some fights make my Skywings happy, otherwise I'd be killed" she continued down the hall, beckoning her forward. "I'm glad I killed Scarlet but honestly, I'm sorry you were in there"

"If you insist" Queen Amber shrugged, "I have a Skywing, Icewing, or Sandwing

Queen Amber nodded, "Of course Moon" she was glad that they had fruit. "A Skywing huh?" Amber flicked her tail, there was roaring in the distance as a Skywing was dragged in chains.

"A Nightwing?" Queen Amber glanced at another Skywing, "Do we have Nightwings?" The Skywing paused and tapped his chin but slowly nodded. "Well my dear, a Skywing or Nightwing?"

"Take whatever you'd like!" Queen Amber sent a dragon with a horn off towards the arena to gather all the Skywings. "I must take care of some business, once you are done, a Skywing will take you to the arena" she would have to deal with the Nightwing soon, maybe he was a messenger
