I know the moderators have been trying very hard to ignore Mr. Johannesen, but his pretentious attempts to hijack our book club are really becoming tiresome. I suggest we contact GoodReads to find a way to block him from posting to any threads created within our group. Or, to borrow a phrase from a pulp-grinder of a different sort, let's vote him off the island.

Argh!!! I tried to delete David's comment and I deleted yours instead Jess!!!! Sorry!!

I thought I could move his posts but I couldn't figure it out and then figured no one would care if I just deleted him and blocked him.

I will restart this topic, I guess. I don't know how to recover initial post.

I removed him but he was still able to post-I don't get it.

Ladies: You can get on with your lives. I withdraw! As an amend, I'll take you all sailing in Buzzards Bay next Spring over to Woods Hole.
