The Key Difference Between Urban Fantasy and Horror

It sometimes seems to me that the main difference between urban fantasy and horror is simply a matter of competency.

I have one significant disagreement with his theory:

My dislike of horror has nothing to do with how I would react in a similar situation. I dislike horror, because I do not like to be scared. I get no "joy" out of feeling fear. Sometimes, it even makes me feel physically ill.

Secondly, I always prefer an intelligent protagonist, regardless of genre. The TSTL's tend to drive me bat-shit crazy, unless there is either a hint of humor, or actual consequences.
