I thought I would open up a thread for upcoming book suggestions, just to keep things organized. This thread will be for members to list book suggestions for the upcoming months, starting with February 2016.

There is a decent-sized list here on Goodreads if you need help. You can find the Books Set in Michigan link here.

I'll get things started. I suggest Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. It is also a Pulitzer winner!

I know the group's homepage says it was read November 19, 2009, but that was such a long time ago.

Tom Maentz Check out a new novel entitled 'Mel's Murder' by Michigan author J.F. Paulsen. This intriguing murder mystery takes place on the shores of Lake Huron and covers a bit of sordid history.
