What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I'm trying to remember the book where the main make character wakes up in the hospital with amnesia and the only thing he remembers is is girlfriends who is actually his ex-girlfriend now and instead he has another girlfriend who is the total opposite of his ex and he is trying to remember what has happened during the memories he remembers and now. He gets help from his ex who is reluctant but does it anyways because she still loves him.

Is this the one where the guy and his ex separated after she had a miscarriage? After he wakes up in the hospital he realises he's life is completly different. He no longer talks often with his family. His new fiance is kind of ashamed of his familly? I remember a book like that. I'll try looking for it but I can't promise I'll find it.

I actually found it.... Is it Second Rate Chances by Holly Stephens? It wasn't that hard even... I just did a search accross all ebooks for miscarriage and amnesia. Turns out I only have 5 books that have both words in them.
