I'm looking through group pictures right now, but I'll go ahead and set you guys as mods.

so is this going to be like next gen type of rp?

Or just HP universe in general?

Just a general Hogwarts rp, not the entire universe. No canon characters, that always seems to get out of hand imo.

so first order of business?

I think we should find all the little info and details of the school itself and the grounds and on being a wizard/witch, etc., and just summarize the info into little information topics.

I can create folders and start the normal boring topics, if you guys wanna do that.

are we going to have a suggested template?

I might not be able to help out much tonight, I have a lot of characters to work on, but I swear tomorrow I will. <3

Yeah, I had to eat dinner so I apparated (^~^) away suddenly too, sorry. I feel you Summer, you finish those characters. I can get a lot of the basic stuff done tonight, including a basic template for people to use if they don't have their own.

Hey Shinra! ^_^ Wow this group is coming along great. I feel bad I haven't been more help, I've just been working on characters. I got a ton done for a Percy Jackson group yesterday so today I'm working on the Court.

Topics we need done:

- Rules topic
- Informational topics on all the Houses (4 separate threads).
- A wand guide
- A spells guide
- A faculty member list (which will temporarily be empty)
- A map of Hogwarts
- Roleplay folders/topics (eventually)

Anything else you guys can think of that we need to do before we open this group up to the public?

Gah I want to help but I'm swamped. I think I'm going to have to leave this group. I really like the idea of an HP group, and I'd love to join when it opens, but at the moment I'm juggling my Percy Jackson group and three groups I've joined (Warriors, Court, and a Selection group) recently, which brings a flood of character making and collabing. I'm sorry guys. <3

i posted the gryffindor thread but it seems like it needs more info to me.

I like it. Short and to the point. I mean, it's not like we need super lengthy descriptions of everything. The people joining will all have likely read the books or at least seen the movies. These are more of a refresher, you know?

I'm gonna go ahead and open the group to the public and hopefully get some people to join. We have enough topics to get started now, but we'll keep going as people join.

cool cool. oh, btw, i found a wand testing quiz online that's really good. it asks questions so people can answer it based on their character's personality if they want.

That would be awesome to put a link to on the Wand Guide page.

helloooooooooo. sorry for my absense in the group. but don't think i have forgot my mod responsiblities. i had an idea. to spice up roleplay and such, shouldn't there be a antagonist group per say?
