I found this thing on Pottermore that describes all the different types of wand woods and their 'personalities' I guess you might say. I'm sure there's probably one for wand cores too. Maybe you could make a topic for it so people can choose what type of wand they should choose.

We actually have a plan for that already, it is a WIP! But thank you for the idea!
