I am sure I can come up with at least 1 book for each category.I just picked up Archie in the Crosshairs by Robert Goldsborough not long ago. Who'd want to kill Archie Goodwin?

Ok, I finally got to my personal challenge folder. I will keep track of my progress here. These categories are so broad this month, I'm not worried about looking for the books now. I'm sure some of the books I choose to read this month will just fit. Like the first ones already listed... One I'm reading for this week's Culinary Bingo theme (features food, of course) and the other is this month's featured author (someone is falsely accused). :) And, I think one of my Spring challenge books I started today will fit another category (about the school). I just wanted to read it to be positive it fit. :)
I think I can actually do this month and my culinary bingo with the same books! So I'm in for May. Will update books as I go. Starting with National Teachers Day: reading If Fried Chicken Could Fly by Paige Shelton (cooking school).
Let's see how I do this month :)1. May is National Barbecue Month, National Hamburger Month and National Salad Month. May 15 is National Chocolate Chip Day, May 20 is Pick Strawberries Day, May 24th is National Escargot Day, and May 11 is Eat What You Want Day — Are you sensing a theme here? I thought I was doing good having finished 1 book and some of you already read 2 or 3. I don't know whether to be impressed or depressed. :)

I think we ALL wish we had more time to read. Even those of us who go through a lot of book...we have tons more we want to read. As the saying/meme goes:
"Too many books, not enough time!!!"
Good job, Rachel!
I have 3.25 books done for the challenge so far, still need to decide on my school/class book yet.

I am about 2/3s of the way through book 4. I am also reading another book, non-mystery, at the same time otherwise I'd probably have book 4 done.
