Mana strolled down path C. "An egg.? Sounds ridiculous" She thought. Maybe I can find an underground beast...she thought to herself.

Yudo hurried down Path C. Thats better, we don't have to work in teams. He thought. He certainly did better alone than with other people telling him what to do. It was annoying. Yudo had seen Mana go down this path and was hoping he could eliminate someone before the tougher exams came, finding an egg wouldn't be hard what the hell was the guildmaster thinking. Although, he considered that the eggs may be guarded, why else would they have such a simple task.

Yudo decided not too attack, if some monster was guarding these eggs he would need his strength. He couldnt deplete his magic by fighting some weak girl. He hurried up and broke into a sprint. So what he going to do. He passed right by Mana, and called out "The flash". He felt electricity tickle through his body, he rushed forward at much higher speeds. At least he would get a head start.

Mana looked at Shaylee and smiled. "No he's not my teammate at all." She looked at Shaylee. "What's up?" She asked her.

"Thank you!" Mana said to Shaylee. "Yes, of course you can help." Mana grinned and looked at the purple necklace. "That is quite beautiful." She then looked at Shaylee. "What could my magic do to help?"

"Alright, sounds good." Mana followed Shaylee. "I hope you know I won't be able to tame or fully calm them. My power is limited." She looked around the forest.

A question that was unimportant popped in her mind. "You keep smiling at him..DO YOU LIKE HIM?!" She asked excitedly. Mana waited for an answer.

"Fineee." She said. Mana walked up to the beasts. "Calm down." She said with her melodic voice. They hissed at her and lunged. She glared. "I SAID CALM DOWN!" The beasts quieted and Mana looked at them. "I didn't think that would work she said. She spotted some other beasts behind. "Darn it.." She had already used a lot of her magic calming them down.

Yudo hurried down the path, he was sure that someone had found an egg. It had been so long. He tried to stop and think for a minute. Of course the eggs wouldn't be out in the open for eyes to see, they would most likely be somewhere hidden or up high. He wondered if he should try to fly in the air and see for himself, but flying always taxed his abilties and he wasnt sure if he would be able to hold it up for too long.

Daiki snuck into the B path, hearing a rather large commotion. There'd seemed to be a few people there, too many for him to take on. I worst came to worst, he would fight. He had the power, the technique, the strategy. Several years of pure training with Makarov wouldn't be just nothing. Mastering several types of fighting, his physically enhancing magic, he had this. He waited in nearby bushes, waiting for one of them to snag the egg that was underwater.

Mana grinned and agreed to the plan. Jumping up she yelled; "YooHoo! I'm over here!!!" SHe saw the beast head towards her and she started to run. "Go and get it Shalee!" Mana called out to her.

Yudo summoned a strong whirl of wind and propelled himself up into the air.As he was raised he could see the entire island. He didnt see any eggs, but he wasn't looking for that, he wanted to see what the other mages were up to. He couldn't directly see them becuase of the thick over- growth of trees. But he could make out most of them based on magic pressure and faint appearances.

Mana noticed it got windy. She looked ahead and kept running. Careful not to get hit by the beasts so SHaylee could get the egg.

"Yeah it's good!" Mana glanced at Shaylee and kept running. She jumped over a big rock and laughed. "This is actually quite fun!" Mana exclaimed. She turned at the beasts and said; "Are you too slow?" They got mad and went faster. Suddenly she tripped and fell. "STOP!" She yelled. The beast stopped giving her enough time to stand up and then snapped out of it.

Mana's head quickly turned to look at Shaylee. "ARE YOU OK!!!?" She yelled. She wanted to run to her but she knew she would be followed. Mana kept running around looking like a crazy person while waiting for an answer.

Daiki noticed as Shaylee snatched the egg, Now. He thought, with a slight smirk. He jumped out of the bushes, "Lucifer's spear," he muttered. Suddenly five, dark spears shot at Shaylee. Daiki had suddenly disappeared from the spot he fired.

Suddenly Daiki appeared in front of Shaylee, "Can't out run my speed. Comet is the best," he slammed his fist into her face with extreme force.

Mana turned to see that Shaylee was punched. Angrily she ran to him and commanded the beasts to attack taking quite a bit of her magic considering she hadn't tamed them. While the beasts distracted Daiki, Mana ran ran to Shaylee and helped her up. "We need to hurry and grab the egg now!"

"Ruby pillar," Daiki muttered as beasts ran towards him. Instantly, a red blast shot up from the ground, wiping out the beasts. "You guys can't out speed me! There's no way you can get the egg." Daiki dashed to the egg that Shaylee threw earlier, sliding as he did managed to get a hold of it. He stood still, waiting for his opponent's next move.

Mana glared at him. "How dare you." She walked towards him not really caring about anything other than he wiped out her beasts. She narrowed her eyes. 'I won't forgive you." She said. Mana decided to use her charming affect and hypnotize Daiki. She sang a few words but she wasn't sure if it worked.

Daiki struggled to remain himself, he was now running on sheer willpower, fighting against the psychological spell. "Triangulum Astrale!" He yelled as a large seals formed in front of him. Powerful, dark beams shot out of these seals, all exploding on impact.

Mana flew back struggling to keep her magic working. "Shaylee! Get the egg and run!" Mana went up to Daiki. "Cam yourself and sit down." She didn't know if he would do it but she did know she was going to lose her magic soon.

Daiki grinned, "Can't out fight you? I can out fight 100 men, and you're no exception." Suddenly, now since a two versus one, Daiki was growing excited. His teeth sharpened, claws became extended, smile demonic. "Try to beat me, I dare you!" He dashed around the surrounding area, making sure he beat them before delivering the egg.

Mana ran over to the egg as she kept looking back. "I have to be careful" She said to herself. Don't want to go flying because of his speed magic. Mana thought to herself. She shivered. Mana went to pick up the egg but it was a little heavy.She wouldn't get far with it. "Uh oh.." She decided to wait and see if Shaylee and her would win before even trying to lift it.
