• Water Transfiguration - Turn herself into water and back into herself
• Water summoning - Can summon a water spirit to obey her commands

• Burns easily from fire

• Can fall for someone too quickly
• Has PTSD episodes that can be triggered by smell of alcohol or weed
• Her emotions can cloud her abilities and do things without her consent (i.e. her arm healing)

Personality:
Alyssa is extremely flirty and extroverted, loving to make new friends and tease. She tends to be too adventurous and always getting hurt rather than playing it safe and avoiding it at all costs. When in awkward situations, Alyssa has a strong tendency to try to distract people and tends to embarrass herself. She lacks drive to do -well- anything, and it has been a constant complaint of her teachers and friends. People that know her well also know she can be almost bipolar in terms of if she's happy or depressed, depending if something reminded her of her father or the incident that took his life. She has cut before if she becomes depressed for an extended period of time. Despite all of this, she tries to hide it under a happy face and a smile.

Background:
Alyssa was raised in an abusive household on the coast of Florida. Raised in a household with a single working father, her dad became stressed out a lot. When Alyssa went into high school and started rebelling, and drove a wedge between them. Her father turned to drinking to calm down, and became violent whenever he did, but for the most part he just yelled.

However this failed paradise collapsed when dad came home drunk one day. Alyssa told her dad how much he hated her, and her dad hit her so hard her arm broke. Her father became horrified and Alyssa tried to run away. On the way, She fell into their pool and her arm healed by the time she got out of their pool. Her dad freaked out and called her a monster, and she fled ever sense. She figured she could run north from Florida and so did. Alyssa doesn't know what happened to her dad since three years ago, but doesn't care. She found a group of people like her in North Carolina with abilities and she spent four years there. This year after countless time spent on training, they all told her to go to the College of Magic, and here she is.

"Oh that, I'm just reading the Lord of the Rings series. For about the hundredth time. I love them and just can't stop reading them."
