Around the World in 80 Books discussion

Post your nominations here for the August group reads. A significant portion of the book must be set in the featured location. We will be reading books set in Iraq, the Burgundy region of France, and the historical county of Westmorland in the UK . Here are our group lists to get you started:

Wow, there are so many good books from Iraq to choose from, it was hard to make up my mind! I kept coming back to one because of its intriguing title though:

Iraq: Diary of a Wave Outside the Sea by Dunya Mikhail

Westmorland: Can You Forgive Her? by Anthony Trollope

Iraq - Redeployment by Phil Klay - it says its set in Iraq and Afghanistan, not sure how much is set in Iraq, so ignore if you think it doesn't qualify!
Burgundy - Claudine's House by Colette
Westmorland - Katherine the Queen: The Remarkable Life of Katherine Parr by Linda Porter
