This is a place where you can introduce yourself! Tell us who you are, where you come from, where you want to go or be, what you do, basically write whatever you want! And since this is a book club you can also tell us who your favorite authors are and maybe your favorite book, if you want :)

To get us kicked off, lets see! My name is Alexandra, but most people call me Alex. I'm 27 currently live in Mississippi, but move around a lot, hopefully this time next year I will be back home in Oregon.
I'm a welder for the United brotherhood (and sisterhood) of Millwrights. I have a BSN in Neo-natal science that I don't use anymore, I have a step daughter who I love and 2 Labradors who are my world. I have been happily married for 8 years in June and I hate tomatoes :)
My favorite Author right now is Wendy Higgins and Sweet Reckoning is my favorite book this month. Nice to meet you guys!

And yes a physical book, I'm one of those print only nazis :D I live in boring old Sioux Falls, SD and I have one kitty that I found out I was allergic to after I adopted her cute little butt, so I take allergy meds on the daily! I work nights in a group home for boys. I love to read. I usually read a book a night. My hubby tells me everyday I have a book addiction. I have so many books to read. Welcome to the group Jen I also have that addiction. I don't think my husband would mind my reading habits as much if I didn't compare him to my book crushes.

Lol.. I know. I drive my hubby nuts too!! He sleeps on my side of the bed when I'm working and skims through my books. Then he mocks the characters..especially the ones I'm crushing on at that moment.. :)

Hello! I am Sherlie but i prefer Charlie, I am currently residing in my parents back bedroom in La Pine, OR. I am 27, and am happily divorced and in a wonderful relationship. I work graves 2 nights a week as a reservation agent in a call center and I read a lot. My fiance likes that i read a lot because if i am reading i am not bugging him during one of his computer games, haha. just since i started my job in july 2013, i have read over 40 books. I enjoy romance books especially ones like fifty shades and crossfire novels, and vampire romance. i have a few favorite authors and books, too hard to choose.

And about anytime now i think i may turn in to an actual book worm with the amount of books i get through,
Trying to get through my a-levels, which includes English Literature, giving me an excuse to read as many books as humanly possible.

Hi, I'm Kristyn. I'm from Alabama. I have browsed a lot of groups and this one seems the most "friendly" so I thought I would join. I am obsessed with YA books. I read at least one a week sometimes more. Sadly no one likes to hear me talk about how awesome a book can be. I get lost in the words and the book starts playing in my head like a movie, which moves my reading rate to a new book every 3 days or so. I just love books.

Hahaha you sound a lot like me Kristyn! It's the reason I can't see a book movie until I've read it, because I make the movie in my head first... I can't stand seeing someone else's ideas before I can make my own! Well, welcome, we will always like to hear about your reading adventures, because we're bookworms here too! Again, welcome!

Thanks. If anyone has any book suggestions or "must reads" I am open to anything. I have read all of the HON books and Shiver trilogy and Shadow Falls books. So anything like them or just a page turner I appreciate any suggestions.

Well my suggestion is the Mortal Instruments series... Alex and I have both read parts of it... and it's fantastic! Otherwise, check out our many discussions and games, there's a couple of games in there that constantly add new ones to my to be read list!

I was actually thinking of the Mortal Instruments series, but my husband made me watch the movie just the other night. But I feel like I would still enjoy the book and more than likely get more "inside" information from the book.

I haven't seen the movie yet, so I couldn't tell you about the comparison... but I feel like there is enough detail in the book, that your mind will still be able to run free! :D

My Dad was first born in america from Italy and my Mom was born in Ireland! Moved here when she was 2 years old! See I knew we were too much alike haha

Hi everyone! Great to meet you all! I'm Becca and I'm 23. I'm almost done with a degree in Family and Human Development. I currently live in Arizona but I hope that I'll be able to get back to the east coast within the next year or so...Ummmmmm....I have a dog, a horse, and 3 cats (devils hehe) and I have a huge problem with adopting fur-babies haha :) I also love gardening and this is my first year being able to grow one since I've been in Arizona and I'm so excited! I've been spending way to much time in my garden since I started it :) And Savannah, the Germans weren't the only whores haha :) I'm half Polish and the other half is Black/Orange Irish, the orange because they were protestant and the black because of the whorish Spanish who raped and pillaged the Irish at some point in their history lol I think all the Europeans got around pretty well haha :)
