Also not full of 'god-talk'/religious proselytizing, in the case of Love Inspired, or Christian ones.

I have enjoyed several of the 'In Plain Sight' ones by Marta Perry.

I do and have read Cozy Mysteries, but would like some with more romance in the story.

I recently came to know about this clean romantic suspense book: WYCK'D KAINE. The author is offering free copies these days (there's a post regarding this in my group: Happily Ever After). I requested a copy for myself but haven't read it yet, so I can't personally recommend it, but you can check it out if you like :-)
