Doomsday preppers discussion

I'm looking for a new, small-as-possible, palm-sized, rugged, metal-walled, windproof, butane-based, mini 'micro-torch'. Any brand recs?

The ideal design (for me) is the kind which you can simply add in a 'refill' from the normal variety of small plastic 'Bic'-style throwaway lighters found at any convenience store. So when the torch runs out, you're not without flame--just pop in another Bic.

A high-intensity torch is one of the crucial elements in any kit-bag. Advise me!

Yep. They sure do. The trick is to find one which--even though it uses these handy refills--is still not 'bulky'.

It takes a lot of searching on Amazon.com to find the right one. I'd always rather ask someone who has already scoped it out.
