What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I was given this book as a present in 2000 or 2001. It was a small bright blue book, about 4" by 4" and maybe a half inch thick. It was an adult humor book, that recounted historical events/periods from a cet-centric cat point of view. I remember there was something about an ancient giant Persian with fifteen-foot hair. If anyone has any idea what the name of this book is I would really appreciate it, thank you!

100 Cats Who Changed Civilization by Sam Stall turned up, but it was published in 2007.

Were there any pictures in the book?

There were some pictures, I remember a few that were like political cartoons in style. I believe it was very similar to The Devious Book for Cats from what I have been able to find, but it can't actually be that one because this was several years earlier than when that one came out.
