I think it means a food that is mainly eggs rather than a food that just has egg as an ingredient. Like omelette, except starting with M.

So, melette.... ;)

I actually can't think of any egg dish starting with M!! - might be easier just to find the word EGG in a sentence with an M word in it.

I used multicolor as describing leaves.
