What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Everything I remember about the Plot: There's a girl and she lives with some older female that is maybe related to her. at the beginning of the book she heals a kid that got hurt playing with a poison arrowhead. she finds an outlaw in the woods when collecting herbs with her relative, and they take him home to help him. then their village is attacked and burned down. Her relative is killed, but she tells the girl she has to go on a journey to "wake the king". I think she's supposed to marry the king at the end.

they camp near a lake the first night. she doesn't get along with the outlaw at first but over the course of the journey they begin to like each other and then eventually fall in love. the girl has a sash with herbs that she uses to do magic. I think the outlaw is a swordsman. they get captured and have to escape at some point.

SPOILER: they get to the place and it turns out that the outlaw was the king all along. then they have sex in the magic clearing.

Cover: my memory is hazy but i think it was a blue-green/teal cover with either a river or a waterfall on it.

I'm pretty sure that i read it before 2010, and definitely before 2012. it could have been published a good time before that though.

I'd be really grateful for any help. I've been searching for hours!
