Have we read Kindred by Octavia Butler here yet? I'm planning on reading it this month, if anyone else has interest!Or if you want to go nonfiction, I'd also nominated I'm Judging You by Luvvie Ajayi.
Graphic novel: how about She-Hulk Vol. 1?

Like She-Hulk, Volume 1: Law and Disorder? Or a different volume 1? I'm fine either way, just want to be sure.

Nope, we haven't read any of those noms in this group before. I've heard great things about She-Hulk, so this might be the push to finally read it for me.
I'd really like to get the poll up by Monday, and run it through the 11th, tops. So please put in nominations ASAP Suevians
For Graphic novels: I've heard good things about Monstress, Volume 1: Awakening and I also really like Death: The Deluxe Edition.Novels:
non fiction - The Art of Asking; or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Let People Help
fiction - Rebel of the Sands
Would a book of poetry fit here? I've been meaning to read milk and honey for a while and this would give me a good excuse.

Montress and Death are both fantastic!

Oh yeah, Monstress is fantastic, I haven't read the other one, but I'm sure I will now :) and I'll be happy to add any poetry, I read it every now and then. Since there's no theme, there's really no limit to what can make it on the poll this month
The Star-Touched Queen is in the Goodreads Choice Awards for debut author. I'm a couple chapters in and enjoying it so far.
Alright Suevians, the polls are both up and can be found here or at the bottom of the group's home page. Please vote by the 11th and Happy Reading! I'll get the challenge discussions up ASAP as I completely forgot about October's and November's challenge.
