Charlotte Jones (ramblingsofanelfpire) I've already read this but I'll definitely take part in the discussions when people have read it =)

I've just started this book. At first I wasn't that keen on it but now it's going into the background of the story I'm finding it hard to put down :)

Charlotte Jones (ramblingsofanelfpire) I found the second person bits (I won't say what they're about because of spoilers) a little bit uncomfortable to read but they definitely help with the world building and I enjoyed the concept of the modern day witches =)

I've got to admit that this story soon lost my interest altogether. I kept reading it in the hope that it would improve but it just got more predictable. In the end I really didn't care what happened to any of the characters which was fortunate for me as the story just sort of fizzled out.
I'm shocked that this book gets such good reviews. It was not very original, not very well written and definitely forgettable :(

Charlotte Jones (ramblingsofanelfpire) I agree in some ways. Although I gave this 5 stars, now when I think about it I keep thinking I should reduce that to a 3...I thoroughly enjoyed it at the time but now I feel I've forgotten most of it and I didn't even read it that long ago!

Brandi | 3 comments I enjoyed this book quite a bit actually. I think it had a fresh take on the supernatural element. I love reading fantasy/supernatural/paranormal, but often the story seems to be the same old thing.
