Ok so it's been a while. But by the end of the book Bayaz and Logen leave? But where and why? Glokta too? I forgot what is going on. Can someone please refresh my memory?

From what I remember, Logen and Bayaz are leaving to the old kingdom with Jezel to find the Seed. He hopes it will help him fight off the Gurkhul and the eaters.

Glokta was sent to a port city (can't remember the name) to help lead the defence against a Gurkhul siege of th city
