I was shocked by the ending of the book. Jay found out that Mrs. Castro is the one who was behind throwing acid at Nicole. Jay went threw so much to find out who was behind burning Nicole. Jay was shocked to find out that a girl named Angela, who was helping him was the one who threw the acid. After Jay found out that Angela burned Nicole, he later figured out that she was paid much money to do so by Mrs. Castro. Mrs. Castro went to great lengths to destroy her own daughter. Mrs. Castro could tell that Angela was jealous of Nicole from the way she was acting at a party, she thought Angela would be the perfect person to do it. Angela was jealous of Nicole because she was dating the guy that Angela was sleeping with. Mrs. Castro gave Angela a $100,000 down payment to burn her. Mrs. Castro wanted Nicole to be burned because she could see Nicole slipping away from her. She wanted Nicole to stay at home with her forever.
I don’t know how anyone could do that do their own daughter just because they are lonely. She knew that she would ruin her daughter’s future, but she was ok with that.

This seems like such a crazy boook! but It seems soo good!
