you made that? it's so good how i'm jealous i want your gif-making skills

it's technically my first gif so I'm v. proud with the turnout
I used photoshop elements ( which isn't v popular and is now an outdated version but fuck it )
and then look up a bunch of tutorials that I could pull from
mostly struggled with formatting the video to even import from it

does anyone use gimp cause that's all i have and i have no idea how to make gifs with it
