I've read Throne of Glass and I don't remember any scene like that in there. I could be wrong though.
Could it be Enclave by Ann Aguirre?New York City has been decimated by war and plague, and most of civilization has migrated to underground enclaves, where life expectancy is no more than the early 20's. When Deuce turns 15, she takes on her role as a Huntress, and is paired with Fade, a teenage Hunter who lived Topside as a young boy. When she and Fade discover that the neighboring enclave has been decimated by the tunnel monsters--or Freaks--who seem to be growing more organized, the elders refuse to listen to warnings. And when Deuce and Fade are exiled from the enclave, the girl born in darkness must survive in daylight--guided by Fade's long-ago memories--in the ruins of a city whose population has dwindled to a few dangerous gangs.
Enclave
Green by Jay LakePart of the protagonist's training takes place in tunnels and old sewers under the city - I think they called it the Underneath. She learns to fight, and is very strong!
Is it possibly The City of Ember by Jeanne DuPrau? That whole book takes place underground and if I'm remembering correctly the end has an escape/chase through a series of tunnels.
Is is perhaps Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman? Very close to the start of the book 'Door' is running through 'london below'.
Captured by Erica Stevens? Aria is part of a rebel group fighting against vampires who wish to make all humans blood slaves in a post-apocalyptic type world. There's no more cars or computers, so it has a historical feel to it. There are tunnels the rebels hide and live in and she is really strong and fights off attackers often throughout the series. She's also really good with a bow and arrow and climbing trees and running through branches, etc.
Maybe God save the queen( The immortal empire series) by Kate Locke. It's a paranormal steampunk book. And I vaguely remember a scene in some tunnels.
The Immortal Rules? It's dystopian and there's plenty of fighting and chasing and running through tunnels. Also has vampires

Probably a newer book, written within the last 10 years. Probably a female author.
