If you are looking for something different to include in your Christian fiction box, my Biblical novel, Long Road Out of Ur, just might fit the bill.
It retells the familiar story of the calling of Abraham and Sarah to the Promised Land through the voice of Lot. Yes, that Lot--the one who barely escaped the destruction of Sodom with his daughters--his wife wasn't so fortunate. This is not a Sunday school version of their lives, and they are not alabaster saints. Instead, it's a lively coming-of-age adventure tale crossed with a murder mystery and a heaping helping of social satire. Think of it as something like "Huckleberry Finn" combined with "North by Northwest" but set in the Bronze Age.
You can read a lengthy preview here: https://www.amazon.com/Long-Road-Out-....
If you're interested, you can reply here or message me.

Hello Stephanie,My name is T.J. McKenna, I'm the author of the Christian fiction book "Puzzle Master". The genre is Christian dystopian aimed at older teen and young adult readers and is the first in a three book series.
The eBook version of Puzzle Master is permanently free on Amazon (no small feat, those folks love money) as well as Smashwords and Free-eBooks.net.
I've done this in honor of my wife as she battles cancer (also no small feat). As anyone who's been there knows, you quickly learn what is and is not important in life and making money moves way down the list.
I don't know if it will fit with your book box project, but I'd love to have a review.

Hi my name is Margaret Johnson and I have a Christian fiction book coming out in June 2017 that I think will be a perfect fit. I would love to send you an advance copy of the book for your review and consideration in your box project. You can check out mhjohnsonblog.com to learn more about me.
That's a great idea :)If you're looking for a Christian fantasy/humor novel (or even just looking for a fun book to review), I'd be happy to send a copy of my new book Nessie Out of Water.
Awkward situations seem to seek out Nessie, a post-college secretary at a portable toilet rental company, like stalkers of a boy-band sensation. She has dealt with unstable roommates and an ever-present toaster salesman, but this one takes the cake.
Though her humdrum days of eating cereal alone at dinner have convinced Nessie that she has lost her purpose, the tides turn when she stumbles upon a mysterious sword. The sword transports Nessie to the parallel universe of Spoons, a land of castles and kingdoms, but more importantly: adventure.
During this quest, Nessie must outwit a kidnapping matchmaker, face the quips of an incredibly sarcastic companion, befriend a pink-haired hippie, and deal with romantic stirrings brought on by her partner-in-crime, the toaster salesman. There will be daring escapes, secrets unturned, inspirational pondering, and pointed questions on the quality of her cooking as Nessie comes to understand that God's plan and purpose, though sometimes different than expected, are always best.
Send me a message if you're interested! Good luck!

Stephanie - My Christian fiction, The Gifts of Man, has been out since August and has received many 5 stars reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. It tells the back story of the Three Wise Men and the special women in their lives. It's a story of faith, fear, friendship and love, and the themes deal with issues that are still problems today: war, violence, the treatment of women, childlessness and doubt. I would be happy to donate a copy of my book for your Christian book box, and would welcome an honest review after you read it. Several book clubs around the country have already read the book and liked it, and a new edition is coming out within the next week that includes a Reader's Guide of questions to help structure other book club discussions. Please message me your contact information if you'd like me to mail you a copy of the book.
Stephanie- I think your book sounds fascinating! If your looking for reviews, I would love to review it for you.
Hi Stephanie,Your book sounds interesting! I love back stories, even if they are fiction. I keeps me thinking and wondering. I am always on the lookout for books to put in our church library also!
Stephanie, I'll throw my hat into the ring. I'm a Christian author and the book that I've just released on Amazon is a supernatural crime thriller (through a Christian perspective). Title is Hush, child written by David Halvorsen. If interested in a free ebook message me personally and I'll shoot one over to you.Blessings!
Synopsis:
Judah Greer is an alcoholic without the will to sober up, that is until his long lost daughter reenters his life. When Mara becomes the twenty-fifth victim of a serial kidnapper, he launches out on a frantic quest to save her. Aided by a mysterious young girl who may or may not exist, and a detective with a vendetta of her own, he tumbles down a rabbit hole and into a world where nothing is certain and no one is safe.
The spiritual clashes with the natural in this supernatural thriller as events spiral out of control toward an ending prophesied from the most ancient of Holy texts: "Behold, I will send you the spirit of Elijah before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse."
Stephanie - Hi. I don't know if it's too late for this posting. Seems like you've gotten several posts here already. But if it's not too late, my Christian fiction, A Hope Of Life A Hope Of Life, has been out since Feb 2017 on paperback and has received 5 stars reviews on Amazon andReaders' Favorite.
Just so you don't think I'm trying to waste your time, here's a couple Editorial reviews:
"There is a nauseating feeling that arrests the reader from the very first page of this book, the feeling that something wrong could happen any time, and it is this feeling that keeps the reader leaping from page to page. JK Battaglia creates memorable characters and a
plot that is fast-paced; overall, it is intense and absorbing." - Reader's Favorite
"This is a story that has great potential to entertain a wide audience, including fans of Christian literature, sci-fi, political intrigue, and dystopian fiction. JK Battaglia’s work is very interesting, a page-turner that gets the reader intrigued even more as they move from page to page." - Reader's Favorite

I am a relatively new author, but I'm getting ready to release a new Christian book. Here is the description, " A phone in the dirt turns into a life-flight to Arkansas Children's Hospital and a single mother following close behind praying she doesn't miss her 10-year-old son's last breath. Based on a true story, Faith Through the Darkness is a riveting story of a single mother's struggle to save her son's life. She finds strength through faith, prayer, and community, but is it enough for a miracle?"
I'd be honored if you would read it and give me a review before I launch it on June 22.
I am going to self-promote here, but I'm also browsing others' recommendations and will pick up things to read as well :)Travel plans are altered, which in turn links the lives of strangers through struggle and redemption through God's grace.
A seedy story develops quickly, delving into the underworld of human trafficking, drugs, death and life, connecting strangers whose hearts are open to all God can offer. Mans heart is no match for Christ's light; He knows our paths and is with us through it all. We are flawed yet His ways are perfect. Even in the darkness of life, we can see His light if only we look.
It's a book that gets into the nitty-gritty and brokeness of the world. However, if you're Christian you will see hope and His way throughout. I'm also working (albeit slowly) on a second novel. I'm new to this "author thing" and hope my writing can bring someone closer to the Lord. We're Only Human

I always wanted to start one. But, I realized I am pressed for time :( Hope you do well :D
I enjoy Tammi L Gray and Alana Terry for adult Christian fiction and I'm just starting to branch out to other authors as well. And I have a Christian fiction novel I wrote as well but I'm not famous lol.
How fun! My husband has written a Christian alternate history time travel novel. (He's also written a Bible study book, although the fiction is more what you're looking for.) "Dr. Calvin Schmitt, a burned-out veterinarian with a long neglected interest in medieval history, is accidentally whisked back to the 16th century Mediterranean. Or was it an accident? Cal and his friends are suddenly the major obstacle in the wild scheme of an enigmatic villain intent on changing the world, and must decide if preserving the future they once knew is worth risking their lives in the past. Within these pages you will find carefully researched historical facts centered around the pivotal Battle of Lepanto combined with speculative science fiction, philosophical discussion, relevant debate about the religious wars between the east and west, quirky humor, and page-turning storytelling." http://www.nmgrubens.com/books.html If this doesn't fit with what you're looking for a review would still be awesome, contact me for details.
Some fun YA Christian fiction: Andrew Peterson, S.D. Smith, Douglas Bond. Also just read a fun Christian mystery series by Roy Maynard
This week's blog post:A study of Colossians 4:1-5 teaches the importance of steadfast prayer in balanced relationships, for effective Gospel sharing, and walking in wisdom towards unbelievers.
