Hi, everyone! Please tell us a bit about yourself. What do you do when you're not writing or tweeting? How did you start writing? What's your #PitchMadness manuscript called? Do you like chocolate?

I'm Cimone Watson. I'm pursuing writing full-time, but I also work as a freelance editor. I think I started writing because I liked telling jokes, and we had some writing assignments in school that were fun.

My manuscript is a YA scifi called RED LETTER LAW.

I love chocolate, too. Especially if it is accompanied by caramel.

Hi, I'm Joy. I work as an education assistant. I LOVE my job and the kids I work with are a huge inspiration in my books.

I also like to do artsy things like paint and knit when I'm not writing or working.

My book is an upper MG spec fic/ dystopian called Arkenrock.

I entered an Adult Contemporary Romance this time round, but write / read across genres. It's called The Other One.

I'm Ali. I work two jobs (Barnes & Noble, and a Broadway theater) while writing. I've written 3 manuscripts so far, and I entered the most recent one into PitchMadness. It's based on Japanese mythology, about a cursed fox-spirit who goes to the Underworld to retrieve two sacred katanas.

I didn't get into PitchMadness, but I had an epiphany with the ms, so I started a new round of edits / revisions and I'm liking where it's headed!
