Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend the Iain [M] Banks Ghost of Honor panel so maybe this was mentioned but I just wanted to point out the one non-fiction book Banks wrote, Raw Spirit, which I'm not sure a lot of people know about. It's him visiting all the Scotch distilleries, tasting a lot of Scotch and writing about Scotch, cars, politics, writing and anything else that comes to mind.
