Superheroes and Comic Book Club discussion

Was pondering world-building for a superhero book, and hit on the importance of zoning.

What do you think the laws would say about where supers live?

Interesting idea, Mary!

It would be interesting to see this executed as a primary plot point (maybe with the government forcing supers into a certain area or place to live - Who watches the watchmen) or as a side-plot with superheroes having to deal with this annoyance in their lives.

Or, I could see supers setting themselves up their own community, with the types of buildings you suggest, all geared toward certain powers, but the superheroes working together to monitor the rest of the world, and having ways to transport superheroes to wherever they need to go...

It would be crucial, probably, if young superheroes suffered problems controlling their powers.
