We will be reading 'When Breath Becomes Air' by Paul Kalanithi in May. Share your initial impressions of the book.

Mars Bradley (wbradley) | 17 comments great! I started reading it a while ago but never really dove into it. This will give me a chance to finish it.

Jackie (jacqueline016) | 8 comments I saw this book and kind of wondered how similar it would be to The Last Lecture, which I really enjoyed. However, it's kind of heavy because you know the author is dying as he writes the book. Kind of wondering if WBBA has a similar feeling.

This will be the third time I've read this book, and it's definitely heavy. But it's poignantly beautiful because Paul Kalanithi truly had a way with words.

Jackie (jacqueline016) | 8 comments J, you're so right! I just started it this morning on my commute and was immediately captivated. His prose is simplistic but purposeful.
