I was too engrossed in this last section to comment much. Loved loved loved the ending.

Sorry I didn't participate very much but I was fairly disgusted with the vast majority of the book. I finally ended up skim reading at least the middle third of the book. Then when I thought things were going to pick up after the trading post meetup things got bogged down again. As I said in one of my updates if it wasn't for you folks saying it picked up in the second half I would have lemmed this one. It did end quite a bit differently than I had imagined and I did enjoy that but it's still not enough to make up for the vast majority of this book. Probably need to stew for a day or so before I post a review.

That's a fabulous comment. But a bit late in the series :)

On the other hand it hits right home. I'm really stuck with this book. The beginning was too slow for a final book in a series, but i quite liked the entire ending.

(and thayer was absolutely disgusting. i do wonder why carsina kept those letters though.)
