Me too, Divergent is my favorite! The entire initiation process was just soo good, I couldn't get enough of it (and thankfully, there was plenty of it). And the end didn't absolutely kill me like in Allegiant, which is always a bonus. :)

Divergent...hands down. It was just so cool and everything was new and things weren't so complicated. but the whole series was great. :)
Divergent was my favourite. But I did like the adventure into Candor and Amity Headquarters in Insurgent. I found Allegiant (Don't get me wrong... I LOVED IT!!) kinda confusing with Tobias narrating some of it. (STILL LOVED THE WHOLE SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Of course the first book divergent. I fell in love with the whole series though. Their all great books
Same here. I really liked the mystery of what was outside the fence, but when they got there... It was kinda boring.... To normal, in a way.

thank you. if you have any ideas about topics and stuff let us know. here actually, ill start a topic bout adding topics...did that make any sense? ;P
Divergent. May i be honest and say that I did not read the whole series. I really didnt like Insurgent and I had no interest in what was gonna happen next. Possibly because it was too easy to figure what was happening next, as well as my ex bf doesnt know how to keep his mouth shut ( AKA He spoiled it for me ) So yea ;-;
awww. That sucks. You should punch your ex *in the balls* (jk) yeah. seems to me, majority of people think Divergent was the best. XD
Because it was XD And trust me when i say this. He was a bit of an asshole tbh. So it shouldnt have been a suprise to him what was happening. I slapped him in the back of the head wen he spoiled it cx
Yeah, that was a good book! I loved the trilogy but Allegiant was kinda disappointing. Oh well, at least it was entertaining. :)
I cannot choose. they are all amazing. Divergent was where it all started, but in Insurgent they were really together (even though they argued quite a bit) but Allegiant was just hearbreaking
Yeah, Insurgent was really good. It definitely kept me on my toes, but I don't think it had that something that Divergent had.
i dont get why everyone hates allegiant. i mean yeah the ending, but it was still a great book before that and the ending was still a good ending no matter how sad it was
For me it wasn't just the ending that didn't make it the best, a lot of things didn't add up for me. My biggest problem was the POVs. I love that she decided to add Tobias's perspective but if it wasn't for his name at the beginning of the chapter, I wouldn't have known it was him who was talking. It was just too monotonous for me and got kind of boring. And the reason for tampering with someones genes doesn't seem realistic. I mean everyone all at once decided to get their genes changed? Not one person said maybe it wasn't a good idea? That just seemed convenient for me. Even more so, the ending to the book just didn't satisfy me. I'm sure it's realistic to say that even though they mind-wiped everybody that it would still be difficult to make that sweeping change they all were talking about. But having said that, I still do think it's a good book. I thought the twists were interesting and no matter what kept me from reading the book I still squeezed in time for it so I could read as much of it as possible. And even after all that I didn't love about it, she still made me cry like a baby and that's what actually made me love her as an author. And long story short, Allegiant just wasn't her best book in my opinion.
That is true, and I agree with you. But I was reading through reviews of Allegiant and A LOT of them said something along the lines of "I hate this book Veronica Roth is horrible!" When that is just because of the ending. She is still a great writer, especially if everyone loved her first and second book.
@Ruby: Eek! I absolutely love you for using that gif right now! :P And yeah, definitely not the worst book I've ever read but just not the best either.@ MiMi: Really?! I can't imagine hating somebody for just writing a sad ending. That's what books are supposed to do, make you feel! And yeah, she's definitely a great writer, her other books just speak to how great she is.
I find that either Divergent or Allegiant was the best. And I'm kind of leaning more to the Divergent side but Allegiant was still worth while. But I can't believe that this trilogy is over now and the epilogue was beautiful, especially the zip lining part with Tobias.
@Ruby: Haha, you know it! :P@Renae: Yeah, all the books were pretty great :D
@Sophia: Ooh, Insurgent was a pretty great one! I could never see all the twists and turns that came!
Well for me 1st Divergent 2nd Allegiant and 3rd Insurgent. I liked Allegiant better than Insurgent because the ending was so unexpected and totally blew me away!
Haha, yeah, I definitely did not see the end coming! Allegiant has the prize for Biggest Plot Twist in the bag :P
Divergent, Insurgent (didn't really like Allegiant)

Yes. It is true. I am in the Divergent Fan Club group on here and many people are hatin on Veronica Roth there. So I don't go on there anymore.. Its stupid.
@Sara: That was a great book, I was on my the edge of my seat every time I read it :D@Mimi: Wow... That's a little much. I mean just because part of the book is sad doesn't mean it's poorly written. Those are two very different things. And yeah, it's kinda sad that they would dis her writing because of one part. No matter what, I'd still read all of her other works :)
I still think she's a great author despite Allegiant. However, I do think the quality went down on the entire book, not just the ending. I'd still read her other works, though.
@Maya: I'll have to agree with you there. Overall Allegiant was a little lackluster for my tastes. But I'm definitely going to read her mini-stories from Four's perspective. :)@Kim: Mines too, I loved everything about it!
Y'all are gonna think that I'm crazy, but honestly Allegiant was my favorite with Divergent a close second and Insurgent last. I didn't really like Insurgent a while lot...
I don't really know. I just think it was the entire concept of the book with the concept of when it's the right time to sacrifice yourself for the ones you love. Although, I hated how much similar the POV for Tris and Tobias were
That is definitely why I love Tris. She was just the ultimate role model for me :) And yeah, it was kinda irritating for me at times seeing how monotonous the different perspectives were.
I agree with you :) The perspectives at first seemed prodigal but it makes sense why Veronica did them like that. I just wish she would've made them slightly more different so it would seem more like it was from Tobias when it was his pov, not Tris' slightly altered.
