I'm with you on the guts and gore thing! There are so many better ways of describing something without pulling out intestines!

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for allowing me to be part of this wonderful group. I see many familiar faces here and look forward to meeting those I've not yet met.
I'm Donna from Wilkes Barre Pa ( NEPA). I just completed my 200 books for goodreads challenge ( which I never thought possible with 3 teens) and 13 nonprofits (unpaid). I originally began reading to escape reality after leaving my ex husband who was abusive. My 2nd home is my library having been left homeless from divorce. I now council others on leaving abuse on my own page. I've entered many goodreads giveaways to review and donate in giving back to my library who has limited funding issues. As for reading: I read plenty and enjoy psych thrillers, fiction, women's fiction, chick lit, political , biographies, nonfiction ( just about anything and everything). Truly enjoy newer works but if the need is there I will read older books. I try to stay up to date and enjoy receiving ideas of upcoming books you may have read and enjoyed. Look forward to talking to everyone and sharing thoughts.

Hi everyone, very exciting to be in a group that's just starting up. I'm here because I read all of Chelsea's thriller reviews! I'm a Brit by birth (but live in New York mainly) so I love all the Brit authors, Sharon Bolton, Sophie Hannah, Rachel Abbott, Fiona Barton (hey Chelsea I put all my new purchases aside to read The Child because of your review; am half-way through!!!!!)I am reading a lot of psychological thrillers because that's the genre of my third novel which I'm in the middle of writing now. But I love legal thrillers, too. I look forward to being part of this group.
Thank you Chelsea. It's a pleasure.

Welcome Joanna. I couldn't agree more with your approval of Chelsea's thriller reviews. I love them too.
Hi, all!I'm Stephanie, and I live about 15 minutes outside of Raleigh, NC. I love to read just a little bit of everything except Sci-Fi and steamy romances although my favorite genres are literary fiction, the classics, historical fiction, women's fiction, gothic and most definitely love to read mysteries, crime fiction, legal thrillers, thrillers, and suspense! If I had to read just one genre for the rest of my life, I would have to choose psychological thrillers...dark, twisted, and disturbed!
I know some of you <3 And I'm so happy to meet the rest of you! :)
