We have one thread for each book as now Goodreads has made a spoiler tag that you can use to put before anything that is a spoiler. Use your discretion as to what would be a pretty big spoiler and label it. Please put up to what page the spoiler is for.

To create the tag simply do this:

< spoiler> Blah blah blah spoilery stuff < /spoiler>

*Take out the spaces in both of the spoiler tag.

It will look like this:

Kate | 13 comments I Am Pilgrim is one of the first novels in its genre that I have read. It was very dark and intense and quite literally had me on the edge of my seat for many of the 700 pages. At times for me it was a little too dark... (view spoiler) I actually found myself starting to read another lighter book on top of this one just to kind of unwind and de-stress after some of the more intense and thrilling parts of the book.

Despite the fact that it was over 700 pages, I found myself flying through this book and finished it rather quickly. The storyline was a complex web, which at times was hard to imagine that all of the loose ends would be tied up, but it all came together rather brilliantly at the end.

The only loose end that I didn't think was sufficiently tied up was (view spoiler)

Overall, I really liked this book and I would recommend it to others with the advice to read it when you're in the mood for a dark and complex thriller.

I'm interested to see if anyone else read this book and/or what their take on it was!

Now I definitely need to up this on my TBR list. I love the genre and "dark and complex thriller" is perfect. I don't care too much for the cheesy and/or light mysteries.
